  • Thank you for agreeing to participate in this study. This interview explores your experiences and perspectives regarding religious life within the Maronite community in Windsor. Participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question and may withdraw at any time without consequence. The interview will last approximately 60–90 minutes. It will be audio-recorded for research purposes only. Your responses will remain confidential. Identifying information will be removed from the publications that will be issued from this interview. All recordings and transcripts will be securely stored on encrypted devices. Pseudonyms will be used in all research outputs. The recordings and transcriptions of this interview will be protected with a password. Data will be retained according to the institutional research ethics guidelines. They will be destroyed after the completion of my degree or after 5 years. Meanwhile, at any time, you can ask for the removal and destruction of the data. If so, you can write me at: daniel.fares@umontreal.ca I’m doing this interview as a scholar in my master’s degree. There will be no consequence for your subsequent participation in your parish’s life, if any. There is no judgment about whatever you will say or whatever you would decline to tell. I am there as a researcher who aims to analyze an issue, and I am grateful that you help me in this research. You can decide to interrupt this interview at any time.
